Jackanory & The Ball - a unique duo, travelling all the way down to us from North London! Ball, the wonderful singer songwriter and producer, meets Jackanory, the performer producer DJ and general badass! Truly gorgeous and hooky tunes. Also featuring beatsalicious Timmy Rickard.
Solid Air - an Afro indie hiphop jazz mix up! However you want to categorise it, expect seriously talented group of musicians, in particular some mind blowingly tasty piano from Benjamin Burrell (Tomorrow’s Warriors, Jazz Jamaica).
What a gig! Can’t wait!!
(I’d advise getting there early cos the venue is pretty small)

really great session today with the talented Andy Spence working on a new tune of mine… I may have been listening to a little too much MJ and Jamie Lidell just before the session, but what the hell, gotsta let that electro funky monkey have a dance sometimes. Great guy, great fun! Watch this space for a taste… Has definitely sparked off my recording juices!
